Poor Quality and Service

Hi,

I am Phaneendra

I bought my new Honda Shine Bike (KA53 U 9330) from Haiku Honda (Old madras road) on June. I found there is a Problem in the Fuel Guageon the first day. Its not showing the fuel indication Properly. I informed the same to the Service persons (Prabhakar). They have taken for checking and retured back without solving the problem stating that there is a problem in the fuelguage some element need to be replaced and the stoke is also not available with them. From that day i am calling them frequently.and also informed them about the problem during the services time. No luck for me they passed the days by saying no Stoke. Now all my free services got completed. Can you help me who is going to help on this Problem. I informed to the service engineers about the problem during all the services but no luck. please help me.

1st service: Haiku Honda (Old madras road)

2nd service: Haiku Honda (Old madras road)

3rd, 4th, : missed

5th service: Honda service center Kalyan Nagar.
