Poor after sales service

Hi

I purchased a Honda Unicorn two months back. (MH 04 EG 8297) from an authorised Honda dealer in Vasai. The dealer name is Aditya Honda.

The problem with the bike is that the headlight and the horn goes dim when we slow down the bike. Since I use my bike for work purpose for which I have to travel at night on the highway, it becomes immensely difficult for me to locate the interfering object in may way during night time. Hence, due the headlight issue the bike does not meet my needs and does not serve its purpose.

I did refer to the dealer with regards to this issue hoping that they will fix it for me, but all in vain. The answers were not satisfactory. The reason for this which they informed me was that it works on battery and thats a manufacturing fault. They were giving me all incorrect information and even asked me to pay for it. I did mention the complain on their official website but got no reply.

Awaiting a positive response.
