I had sent my Honda city for repair post the accident to Ring Road Honda on the 29th Apr10. The very next day the Approval had come from the insurance company. Today i enquired on the staus of the car, to my surprise they had not even started work on the same. The car is with them for last 5 days and they have not even touched the car. No body has the information on what are they doing and how long will it take. Seems like i have lost my car. No customer service at all. You go to their garage and look for people and when you find them they have no answers. I have escalated to their GM, what i get in response is a SMS stating that they have recvd my car. Pathetic service no empathy. If you live in gurgaon do not own a honda car. if you own a honda car, either do not live in gurgaon or get it serviced in Delhi.
