Poor service

I got the message from JSP Honda saying that my last free service ends on 29th june so we took the activa and they told that our free services are completed so we paid for the service but once we received the vehicle we are facing with starting problem and when called the technician came and told everything is fine but still we faced the same problem and again gave the vehicle to them for trouble shooting. They told since it is winter now we have to kick start it every morning but even in the evening also it is not starting with button. Don't know whether i should give the vehicle in non honda authorised service center for trouble shooting
