Denial of sevice during warranty period

Sir,

myself deepti mohan we purchased a honda scooter (activa) in end of october under model code: SCV110 with frame no. ME4JC44 5K98286332 with engine no. JC44E 0314303 with a exide battery no.7E9642281 under Qwner name SH.Mohan Lal at address 666, sec-13 hisar. We facing problem in our battery from last 4 months so 4 that we talk to our dealer ask him the reasons & told them to repair it they did but it dosen't work, we told them again-again that it really very difficult for us. Now they r saying take ur battery to exide dealers for exchange we went there but dealer of exide in hissar denied us he is saying battery is out-of warranty period.now wat should we do Hisar dealer of activa is saying purchase a new battery. So, as our activa in warranty period why should we purchase plz kindly help us in this concern
