DEAR SIR / MADAM KINDLY INFORM U THAT I M UR NEW CUST AND I PURCHASE UR AVIATOR MODEL WITH SO HAPPINES THAT IT'S A TRUSTED COMPANY PRODUCT. BUT AFTER SOME DAY OF PURCHASE I FACING A PROBLEM IN BIKE THAT IT SO TAKE TIME IN START BY SELF START FUNCTION AND IT'S BACK SEAT ALSO NOT COMFERT. WITH FACING THIS PROB WHEN I WENT IN UR SERVICE CENTER SIGRA AND SAID BIKE PROB TO UR EMPLOYEE 1ST TIME WITH JOB NO 35 24/11 THEN HE GIVE ME BIKE AND SAID I M DONE CHARGED IT'S BATTERY NOW IT'S WORKING GOOD. AFTER THIS I M FACING SAME PROBLEM THEN I AGAIN WENT UR SERVICE CENTER WITH JOB NO 18 25/12 IN THIS CLAIM GIVEN SERVICE TO MY BIKE AND UR EMPLOYEE SAID NOW IT'S WORKING GOOD. BUT I M FACING SAME PROB.WHEN I TODAY WENT UR SERVICE CENTER 03-01 WITH SAME PROB THEN UR EMPLOYEE SAID THAT U HAVE REPLACED IT'S BATTERY AND FOR IT U HAVE GO TO EXIDE BATTERY BRANCH WHEN I WENT TO EXIDE BATTERY BRANCH THEN HE SAID THAT FOR REPLACED BATERY U HAVE WAIT FOR 2-3 DAYS. NOW I M SO ERRITATED BECAUSE BIKE HODER IS FEMALE AND UNABLE TO DAY BY DAY FOR FIXING THIS PROBLEM. SO I REQUEST U DEAR PLZ KINDLY TAKE A CORRECT ACTION FOR THIS AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
