PARTS NOT PROVIDING - no response

I have purchased a HONDA CB TWISTER motor bike on 21 nov from VAH HONDA, CHIPPY TANK BEGUM BRIDGE ROAD MEERUT. On the very next day its front pannel (wiser, meter, head light) was broken by an accident. I requested for the parts at the Service center (VAH HONDA) on 23 nov but they said parts will be available in next 5-6 days. I came back then again on 29th Nov I got same Reply from them. again and again again again same same reply. I ALSO REQUESTED FOR THIS TO HONDA CUSTOMER CARE ([email protected]) and now I m fed up of it. I purchased first bike of my life but I WAS NOT ENJOYED A single DAY with it. My apeal is that if HONDA can't provide PARTS then why they are launches new bikes? if a complete new bike will be manufactured then why cant be its Parts?
