Horrible service

I purchased a Honda Jazz WB06F6410 on 19th Febfrom Pinnacle Honda, Kolkata. I met with an accident on 2nd July the same night it was transferred to their garage. I went to their office/garage and I signed all the papers the very next day (03-Jul) in spite of my injuries. Since then it was a complete hide and seek story. They are not giving me right picture of the parts delivery, repair date. Initially they put all the blames to their service representative and i was told by their kolkata service head Mr Bhatnagar that they are sacking him. The parts took almost 5 weeks to arrive. Even after that the car was lying idle. Everyday they give me one date for the delivery and the next day it changes. I am completely frustrated by the service that Honda provides. Onbe shoudl not buy a HONDA car.
