Its the worst and pathetic customer service available at pratiik honda dealer in vashi.
My dad had booked an activa through the above mentioned dealer in navi mumbai. He is a senior citizen and the harrasement mented out from the day the same was booked till today is unbearable. The delivery date was being changed numerous times that too the call was always frm my dad side, unkept promises and false commitment frm the executive end was always a practice. Today after lot of follow up with the said executive he was told to come at 15:30 and have the vehicle collected. My dad was at the showroom frm 1500 hrs and till 1900 hrs he was only being waiting at the store. There was not a single soul who came to check why he was waiting inspite of my dad being a very frequent visitor to this place for his delivery. Is this store without any employees frm Honda??? Is this the type of executives and dealers you appointment??? Is there no sensitivity towards any senior citizen??? Today after waiting for 3 hrs he was finally given a vehicle which was a second hand and the battery not working and other defects too ..inspite of the security infrmg the exec that the battery is not working he seemed very cool abt the same ..in this all scenario there was 3 people who kept coming and leaving without telling my dad what are they leaving for and none of them returned back. My dad was given the challan inspite of the vehicle not taken. I need action taken against this delear and executives. Need a call coming on 9892049685 for the same
