I have brought the new bike on 22 Feb this year,

I am facing the issues that the Speed indicator is nor working (misbehaving) the same I have highlighted during Bike servicing to the concern person,

At that time the request of servicing the person has accepted and said that will take this with the concern person.

After the service, The issues is not resolved and the service person has changed the stand and saying the bike is dammed, Hence the same cannot be rectified.

My Concern is :

• First of the bike is not dammed, So that the indicator can be impacted.

• Secondly why this was not highlighted at the time of taking the bike while servicing.

Request top management to look into this and provide the solution.

Will going to escalate if the same is not reverted / resolved in 2 days
