Dear Honda Team,

After so much of frustration with my bike service, I am writing this mail.

I bought UNICORN DAZZLER (CB15) on 14.06.2011 from Dealer DHRUVDESH MOTORS PVT LTD, Bangalore. After first free service, (in Dhruvdesh Motors Pvt Ltd, Nagavara, Bangalore) I noticed that back suspensor giving vibrates for even half inch ups & downs and for more than 1 inch ups downs my vehicle giving shakes and it leads to my back pain.

Now you can assume how the back suspensor movement on small and big speed breakers.

Even though my vehicle suspensor mode is in soft (changed to soft mode in second service) I am facing this problem and also no difference for hard and soft mode.

I have been complained the same at Dhruvesh Motors PVT LTD service center at 2nd free service, 3rd free service and in first paid service.

They always changing the suspensor mode from hard to soft and soft to medium mode but no changes in suspensor movement and service center people always saying that it’s in soft mode only and we cannot do it any thing.

I driven my friends UNICORN DAZZLER 5 times to compare the suspensor movement and even though their suspensor is in medium mode, its moving very smoothly on 3 to 10 inches ups and speed breakers.

And also I have driven Hero Honda bikes for testing the suspensor on the same roads and those vehicles and my friends vehicles back suspensors are very smooth and same informed to Dhruvdesh Motors PVT LTD at 3rd service and 1st paid service.

They only trying to move the suspensor from hard to soft and doing nothing.

In 2nd service and 3rd service also they did not consider my bike trouble hence, I did not take my bike for 3rd free service because they only doing clutch, breaks and water services.

Due to this problem I am using my vehicle very rarely and taking alternative transports. I have driven only 3125 KMs from 14.06.2012 to till today (nearly one year).

My queries are:

Is HONDA can solve the my suspensor problem (Now I cannot effort for new suspensor because I complained on 2nd and 3rd free services)?

Why HONDA service centers are not taking care in free services?

If HONDA service center are not able to solve this problem please let me know and I will sell this bike and take Hero Honda or Bajaj vehicles.
