1) Tyre burst within 2 weeks of car purchase. The dealer and car manufacturer attributes the reason to the tyre manufacturer and is not covered by any insurance. The owner is left to the mercy of multiple entities, and has to produce all evidences of natural burst, which is quite impossible as the ownership of the tyres are not expressed clearly while handing over the vehicle. At the end, Michellin, the tyre manufacturer expressed their inability to replace the tyre, and as they are not directly involved during the purchase of the vehicle, the customer is left with nothing to defend the case.

2) When I asked for a spare remote key, the dealer and HONDA are asking for a price of Rs.7000 for a new key. While handing over the car, most companies like Maruti, Mahindras etc provide two remote keys, while HONDA provides only 1 remote key. This is nothing short of looting the customer, and making extra money on a monopolised market condition.

Look forward for advise for immediate redressal of these grievances.
