I bought Honda City 2 weeks back and my co-passengers side glass has been broken by thief. I sent car to HALLMARK HONDA SHOW ROOM for service and they promised to replace the car in 2 days if i pay cash. I agreed on same. Then after 2 days they said part is still not avilable and another 2 days they will take. Which i said i now need my car back. Even i called Salse man and he promised my to give back my car on 5"th day. On 5"th day i again got call back they another 1-2 day will be taken more as honda still doesn't have part. If honda doesn't have inventory of parts and takes so many days why they commit first to customer and later keep on changing dates. This is poorest of poor service i am having from honda.
I am going to post this issue with all forums and blogs and if possible to media also.
