I have purchased a CBR 250 from your dealer Shiva Wheels Honda, 17 B.T Road, Kolkata, West Bengal. I purchased the bike on 17/11 at the time of delivery an extra ordinary sound was coming from engine, the sales person said this is normal in CBR. As I was new for this kind of bike i took the delivery but after driving few Km i realize that the sound is not normal. Next day morning i visited the dealer and complaint for the same but the service supervisor said that is nothing and this sound is common in all CBR. I hesitate to believe but there was no option. Yesterday 06/12 my cousin brother brought CBR and i drive that bike and confirmed the sound in my bike is not common/normal. I visited the dealer today with my cousin and asked them to compare both bike. My bike total run is 195 km and my cousins 107. Then dealer said this is company fault we cannot do anything because we are not equipped with instrument for CBR. Then i visited your another dealer Todi Honda they said that your dealer should check at time of PDI and they should not deliver this kind bike to you and we cannot do anything. I spoke to your Kolkata head office on 033 44013200. They said to forward complain to 0124-2290911 to 19. I am calling since 12 noon but there is no operator to assist and i don't know the extension number where i can talk. Sir I am hopeless and i will move to file a case in court because I never expected this kind of service from Honda. The bike cost me 179000.00 after spending a huge amount i fell i have been cheated.
