I, Santu Saha purchased the aforementioned vehicle from R.B.AUTO CENTRE of Ghola, kadamtala, Barasat Road, Sodepur, Kolkata-700111 on 13/11. I have hardly travelled 350km I started felling problem with the Shock Absorber. And on 6/12 I went on to R.B.AUTO CENTRE to resolve the issue. One of the technician thereat advised me to wait for few days and said it will become OK within few days. But without seeing any such development I visited there at once again a few days later. Then they advised me to visit another dealer located at Belghoria namely Shiva Wheels which I have done. One Sr.technician thereat told me that the condition of the shock absorber is not OK and it needs to be replaced and I will have to pay the charges for it. In this circumstances I request to look into the matter for its early redressal.
