This is in regards to the problems I am facing in my new bike CB UNICORN DAZLLER.

Vehicle NO: KA-05, HL, 5527

Regret to inform you that I never enjoyed this bikes quality as this comes with loads of problem and I should call this as first failure product from Honda india.

The problems I am facing in this bike are

1) Cold start

2) AIR BLOCK

3) Mileage of 30 KMPL

4) Wrong speedo meter reading

5) Vibrations after first service

Till now I have visited your showroom (Saphire Honda, JP nagar Bangalore) atleast 8 times reporting these problems and only problem that was resolved was cold start problem all other problem remains the same.

When I went first time to showroom saying cold start is having problem they told me to use KICKER during morning and do not use self, these guys don’t even have basic knowledge of this POOR-QUALITY Dazzler I was speechless after listening to them, no body here understands bikes problem and tries to resolve the problem and they don’t even accept the problems we report to them.

After lot of follow-ups with service manager in the show room they decided to do some analysis and called Honda as they could not find why the AIR is getting BLOCKED and Honda suggested them to replace the tank and its been more thatn 2 WEEKS and they have not yet replaced the same, when I called the show room regarding this they said “ we dont have the tank now and it takes 8 to 10 days “. Why the hell Honda is launching this bike when the parts are not yet ready? How can they good support to its product?

Mileage is another big BIG problem, company claims 60 for this bike and it gives only 30KMPL every time I report this problem the show room ppl say this problem will be resolved (not only this ofcoure they will resolve all the problems). Now even the first service is done and now they don’t have any answer and they are not even ready to look at this bike and find the root cause of the problem

Speedo meter is another example for Hondas POOR-quality, after completing 1000Kms it starts showing kms again from 1 it does not show 1001, I really wonder was there any testing done on this bike or it was just launched like that.

I was waiting for this bike to complete its first service, thinking all the problems will be resolved, to my surprise the vehicle engine started producing lot of noice and vibrations and it lost its pick up now the vehicles power is like 100CC bike and mileage is like a 220cc bike (mileage is even lesser than 220cc bike, my brother owns pulsar 220cc which gives a mileage of 35kmpl).

I had initially booked a bajaj –product as every body told that bajaj gives reliable product but I cancelled my booking after getting the dazzler launch news . and booked the same I am the first person to book this vehicle in Saphire Honda now I am regretting every day I take this vehicle on road.

I am writing this just to inform you that what is the quality of your product and the quality of service done at Honda show rooms and quality of the people you have.

I am going to report all these problems in all famous MORTOR BIKER’s SITES and suggest them strongly not to buy this POOR Quality product.

I will wait for another 1 week and if problems exist even after that the only option I have is to go to consumer court and fight for my rights…..
