This is to bring to the notice of Honda Customer care excecutive, that myself, PRAYAG RAMESH had purchased HONDA CB Unicorn dazzler from KTC MOTORS (Authorised Dealers), Vadakara, Calicut. I am unhappy to point out that from the day of delivery of the bike, August 8 there was many noticeable complaint. On my way home the display meter stopped working and i got it replaced the next day itself. The present problem now i am facing is regarding the battery. Just 2 weeks after the purchase date the battery went out of charge and the self start fails. As there is no kicker in this model i had to suffer enough pain to get it to the dealers. I pointed out that as there is no kicker this bike solely depends on battery for it's start and if the battery goes down in charge and stop functioning, especially on a busy road then I am left with no option, and will have top take great risk. Therefore i want the faulty battery replaced with a good one since it, s been hardly a month since i have purchased the bike. But my complaint is not accepted by the dealer (KTC MOTORS) vatakara. They say that they are not willing to take any risk in replacing the battery and that it's the company's responsibility to replace the battery. This is what driven me to bring to your notice of this issue. I hope there won't be any disappointing response from your side, and that you will make necessary arrangements in replacement of the faulty battery.
