Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject I am very sorry to state that a Company like Honda is allowing its car dealers to tarnish the name and image of the compnay by allowing unethical practices of cheating the customer. It was adding a pinch of salt to my wounds when I got a very un-professional and casual treatment to this act of overcharging.

I purchased this car on 15/06 from M/s SAMARA AUTOMAX PVT. LTD, C-110, MAYAPURI, PHASE -2, NEW DELHI -64. I was charged Rs. 9, 12, 000/- for the car which is inclusive of Registeration charges of Rs. 68, 456/-. However Registration Certificate issued by Transport Department, Delhi Administration mentions that total Registration fee paid to the department was Rs. 64, 835/-. This implies that the car dealer charged me Rs. 68, 456/- and paid to the Transport Department Rs. 64, 835/- and the dealer never bothered to even intimate me and refund the excess amount they charged. It was me only who pointed out this to them on 17/09. After this I went to the dealer's showroom and met Ms. Deepa and Mr. Negi. Discussion with them went on for about 2 hours but no solution was given by them. On 24th September I again visited and met Ms. Deepa and Mr. Negi at 5 PM. I was asked to wait. Then Mr. Pankaj met me at 5.10 PM and asked for time till next day i.e. 25th September to find some solution. I handed over the copies of Invoice and RC to Mr. Pankaj. It was very surprising to see that they were very reluctant to provide the contact number of Managing Director or Marketing Manager India when I requested them.

AS you can see from the above details that first the dealer charged me more than what was payable to the Transport Department and secondly they were very callous and casual in their response to my complaint. Sir, I am afraid they might have overcharged other customers too and never bothered to return the excess fee charged. I have been mentally harassed because of this approach and unethical practice of overcharging and never caring about to accept it. I, therefore, demand compensation on account of overcharging and time I have wasted on the issue.

Anticipating that you will be taking an immediate and stern action to stop such wrong and unethical practices and save your brand's name getting tarnished by such unprofessional people and getting me compensated because of overcharging and mental harassment I have been treated to.
