Honda city i-vtec
More money charged than informed

I had given my car honda city i-vtec (UP 25 AC 0722) for service.

The concerned have informed me the price of engine oil to be Rs.960.

but they charged me Rs. 2518 for the same saying that the have quoted the wrong price...

I have launched a complain to honda customer care of honda for the above on JUNE 5th.

I have not got any response from them till yet..

So now i want my FULL MONEY back (Rs.2518)
