I purchased a HONDA City in July. After using it for almost 25 days, all the 4 tyres of the car were cut. Local mechanic confirmed that the tyres are damaged and need to be replaced.
On informing the dealers, Prestige Honda about the issue, they arranged a meeting with the MRF Tyres regional office people to inspect the tyres. They too agreed that the tyres are damaged and need to be replaced.
Its' been more than a month now since I reported the damage to the MRF Regional Office people about the tyres, but nothing has been done in this regard so far. They keep on saying the tyres are to transited from Chennai and they are on the way. I am fed up of calling them daily and asking the same question.
It is very poor customer service on part of Prestige Honda and MRF, bot being such big players of their respective products.
