Eplacement of tyres

It is to inform you that I (AVINASH AGARWAL) have given my car honda civic for replacement of its tyres in honda service center, vesu, surat. I had already replaced my tyre before at 50% discount off the cost 26000 km. NOW it has run about 37000 km and same problem has occured as before, it gets worn and torn and inspite of regular complaints i m not getting any positive response from your service people... plz do me a favour and take some action
