I had given my Honda Civic Car to Ring Road Honda for servicing in Jan end 2010. I paid Rs 1650/- 10% Service tax 12.5 % VAT only for interior dry cleaning of my car as I was told by Ring Road Honda that they have a special cleaning by 3M & it is highly recommended. When I collected my car yesterday, I was horrified to see that the seats were even more dirty than before. When I told their rep, Mr Anubhav about it, I was told that somebody will come to my house in the evening and clean it up with solution. Nobody turned up yesterday & today when I reminded them, ther was a very lukewarm response from their side as if they are least bothered now that I have paid for their services. When I asked for a refund, they flatly refused. You can imagine my mental & physical agony-I could have easily got my seats dry cleaned from the dry cleaner for Rs500/- Only after RR Honda impressed me with their sales pitch for superior cleaning-that it is by Honda people only-I fell for it&-amp; I am regretting it badly now 7 feeling that I have been taken for a jolly good ride. Is there any way that these people can come to know their mistake so that others do not suffer like me & that I get my complete refund please for services that have not been rendered at all.
