More than 70 days and the car is still at service centre

Hi,

I have given my Honda Civic (HR 30J 2422) at Ring Road Honda Gurgaon for repair. The date they received the car was 22nd February. Its now 70 days and I have not yet got my car back.

I have made multiple complaints over the Honda's 1800 number. The complaint number is 41100690. I have not received any favorable response. They have not been of any help.

The dealership says that they do not even have the Approximate Delivery Time (ADT) for lower arm and air bag sensors.

I fail to understand how can Honda run out of spare parts for more than 2 months. This is my first Honda car, and I bought it in November. I never expected such poor standard of service.

I request you to quickly solve the problem.
