Poor/substandard servicing

Today, on date 13.02. I had been for 1st free servicing of Honda - Dio purchased by my Father in law from Sudarshan Motors, Civil Lines, Nagpur. (Registration No. MH-31 DX 4234). The quality of serviding was very poor and substandard, not to mention of the casual/indifferent attitude of Service Managers. Let alone the defects of the vehicle, the company seems only to be interested in maoney, no customer satisfaction. Washing of the vehicle was also very poor and the defects pointed out the customer were not carried out and were noticed by the customer after delivery. Even, the servicing manager showed indifferent atitude and now I feel that we made a mistake in purchasing vehicle from Your company. A copy of complaint made by me was not given for any future reference. I apprehend that my complaint may be thrown in dustbin without any knowledge of superiors.
