This is Dr. jagdeep joshi i wanted to know the reason for below standard service bieng given here at gyan honda ferozepur cantt. i went there at gyan honda at 11:00 a.m on 19/10 they gave me 4:30 p.m handing over time of vehicle. on coming back at 4:30 p.m at 19/10 my vehicle problems were still not solved which i told them when gyan honda recieved my vehicle. below mentioned are the problems

1. clucth was very loose and after service it is still loose

2. break was not working properly and after service no improvement seen

3. i wanted to get new seat cover gyan honda told me it is available and its price is 182 rupees i agreed to pay them but they did'nt put any seat cover on my vehicle and on asking them about reason of not doin so they were telling seat covers are not available with them

4. gears were very hard to shift and they are still the same
