My name is joji... i bought a new honda activa on last month jan 17... after two weeks the battery second cell was complaint... so i gave it back and told them to replace it..they said they need time to replace it and need one month... i asked the servicer manager one MR.praveen who is good for nothing... dont hve truth in his words simply talking blah blah... he dont knw what to do... evrytime time he says next time... not me most of the customers have the same complaint against him... and they r trying to give a bad name for the honda company... not only one scooter, i took unicorn and shine from there... they are treating customers like shit... i have only one request, we love honda company..pls try to read my complaint..and giv a solution...
