Kindly please note, I "Prakash Singh" as a customer of yours company, have purchased "Honda Activa"(Model Code-SCV110) on date-08/08/10.{Please Note other required information- FRAME NO.- ME4JC44 (6HA8392529) & ENGINE NO.- JC44E (0840323)}. Purchased from- J.B. Moters pvt. ltd.- Jhande walan, Delhi-110055. On date- 08/08.
As we all know, Honda is a Brand name for GENUINE & RIGHT product in Market and which is not only satisfactory at the time purchase of product but after purchase also (during free service time). With the above mentioned qualities we were also having 2 more 2-whellers (both are ETERNO), running in good condition.
But recently, I am facing few of the problems at your service station, relate to my New purchased Activa. During my 3rd Free-Service period, As per complaints asked by mechanic over there- I was mentioned that (1. Some noise is coming from engine, 2. Choke is also creating some problem, 3. Average is not coming good and etc...!). In return Mechanic is claming me to open my Activa for engine repair and asking for Rs3500 extra, which is very surprising to me. As i am a customer of Honda Since 11 years, i was never heared from Friends & Family that NEW 2-WHEELER required any OPEN-ENGINE REPAIR WITH-IN 6 MONTHS OF PURCHASE OF HONDA VEHICLE... FURTHER CLAMING OF EXTRA MONEY FROM CUSTOMER.
So, it is my humble request to please provide me, relief from this fake & extra charge and also please provide my Honda Activa service done which is right now located in ANAND PARBAT SERVICE STATION, for service since date- 09/02.
In last, waiting for your prompt reply & action on my above query so that my faith will exist on Consumer court.
