SUBJECT: COMPLAINT OF CHAIN AND ENGINE SOUND IN MY NEW CBF STUNNER MOTORCYCLE.

DEAR SIR,

I THE UNDERSIGNED HAD PURCHASED A NEW HONDA STUNNER AS MENTIONED ABOVE FROM YOUR DEALER M/S DHINGRA MOTORS ON 15/10/09.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT I THE UNFORTUNATE OWNER OF YOUR 2 WHEELER HONDA STUNNER IS SUFFERING FROM THE TIME I PURCHASED YOUR BIKE. THERE HAS BEEN PROBLEMS FROM THE VERY FIRST WEEK OF PURCHASE.

I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING SINCE THEN BUT IN VAIN. THE COMPANY HAS SHOWN DEAF EARS TO MY COMPLAINTS. I PERSONALLY INFORMED THE DEALER. ABOUT THE FOLLOWING MENTIONED PROBLEMS SINCE THE FIRST SERVICE:

1.Chain of the bike is making irritating sound from the second day of purchase.

2. On each servicing I have complaint for the chain and engine SOUND and the rectification last only for 3 to 4 days.

3. The engine is making a lot of sound and they said since its a new bike it will go in 2nd or 3rd service, which is still there after 7 services.

4. In last service the service man said that Sir the crank is creating problem BECAUSE OF THAT ENGINE IS MAKING SOUND so we need to replace and asking for Rs 1500/-. Then i made him REMEMBER that the bike is in under warranty, and after changing it the problem is still there.

SO NOW YOU TELL ME WHERE SHALL I TAKE MY COMPLAINTS TO. I TRUSTED THE BRAND HONDA COMPANY AND PURCHASED THE BIKE FROM MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITHOUT THINKING TWICE. BUT TO MY UTTER SHOCK FROM THE FIRST MONTH OF PURCHASE I STARTED FACING THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEMS. I AM MUCH MORE SHOCKED TO SEE THAT THERE IS “NO” AFTER SALES SERVICE AND INDIAN CUSTOMER IS DUMPED LIKE A GARBAGE. BUT IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES THE HONDA CUSTOMER IS TREATED WITH DUE RESPECT AND IN SUCH CIRCUMTANCES A BIKE IS COMPLETELY REPLACED FOR A NEW BIKE.

YOU ADVERTISEMENT DISPLAYS THE CAPTION “I ENJOY THE QUALITY” AND I M REALLY ENJOYING THE PATHATIC QUALITY OF HONDA.

SO AS A CUSTOMER OF THE COMPANY I DEEPLY REQUEST YOU NOT TO PLAY WITH MY DREAMS AND HARD EARNED MONEY OF HAVING A HONDA BIKE.

AS A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER OF THE HONDA COMPANY, I DEEPLY REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND DO JUSTICE WITH ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
