Poor material quality

Dear Sir,

I Purchase Honda Shine Motorcycle Last Year 4.10.2010 .Two Time Front mask, back indicator Broken. Because Material Low Quality.

At Present My Bike no propper Run (15.2.2011 service at company Workshop) Noise in Chain Set, But Service Engineer tell me if oiling & greeasing done at chain set, after 2 day run Well ok.last time tell me, deffective your bike chain set.i say replaced it .not avilable at company .very very i shocked (i thing purchase new honda activa for my wife but).big german company honda .but commom chain set, front mask.mask sticker, back indicator no avibality at workshop. i call many, many time at w.shop for chain set, sticker, indicatior? but part not avilable.

I intrested for extened warranty .but company eng.is say me .your bike 1 year old so cann;t cover in policy.

I ask company coo if my bike warranty extened possibility is no .but why? dealer (Dharam Honda) say me for AMC 1 year Rs 1000.

(6 washing free & 5% discoount on spare). But i am not intrested .i am intrested with honda company extened warranty policy.

So iam requested to company coo please cover
