Dear Honda Team,
I bought an Aviator 1D (Drum)-Regn No: WB40U-1908 on 3rd February from Durgapur Honda (West Bengal-Durgapur).
I was really happy to ride this one. But from the last 20 Days I was facing a problem with Self start and Self Start stopped working at any instance of time like sometimes it works ok and sometime it did not worked and moreover that time the Kick start also not happening leaving me helpless on the road for almost 20-30 Minutes and again started working.
I contacted the Durgapur Honda Service Centre and they have done 1 more servicing on 2nd August and reported everything OK, But I faced the same problem on the very next day and onwards everyday till today (6th August also). Today I took the Aviator to the showroom again and now they told the Battery bacame faulty and needs replacement and that will be done under warranty and they told it will take approx 20-30 days minimum time and took out the battery strongly rejecting to provide a standby battery. Now My 2 Question:
1. If all your material is quality checked then how Battery bacame faulty within 6 months (With a run 0f 1500 Km in 6 months which is not at all bad for Scooter)
2. Dealer did not provide me any standby battery and told this reaplcement will take 20-30 Days. So do you suggest to ride the bike without proper horn and Headlight and believes this to be Safe and I require this Scooter on everyday basis??? Really Surprised!!!
