Poor Service and unnecessary changing of spares

Dear Sir,

Since from the first service am facing chain sprocket problem. Even after reporting the problem, still they have not rectified it. i would like to bring to your kind notice that my bike is 11 months new and when i left to showroom for service they are telling that the chain sprocket and shock observers should be replaced with the new ones. i want to know whether these two are having warranty periods and if so how many months.

please reply fast and i will be awaiting for your reply
