Complaint About the rear break drum

Hello Sir,

This is Krishna Ghadge, I Purchased Honda Shine on 19th July from Sterling Spares Pvt. Ltd., 29. Mumbai - Pune Road, Near Finolox Cables, Pimpri, Pune 411018 by the name of my mother as Laxmi Ghadge. regarding the email because my Bike rear break drum is having Manufucturing Problem, actually the problem is my bike break drum is jerking (rear break is not working properly). since 1st servicing I had told the concern person about my bike break drum problem, they were not able to find that problem, when I had got the problem then I had told them about the manufucturing defect of the drum after the 6th servicing and eventually I requested them to tell the problem to the company or concerned authority of the company.

They told me that their vendor of the break drum supplier had not been accepted my complaint after 16000 Kilometers running, initially I frequently told them about my bike major problem till the 3 servicings, last time i had told to the manager, then he replied before 45 days that when our honda service engineer will come to our showroom he will call me and resolve my problem, but till today I have not receieved any call or SMS from showroom, Finally I decided to write an email to HMSI. So you should who will be resposible for this, whether is it showroom authority or vendor?

Please do the needful immediately before the finish 2 years of warranty for my bike
