I am Kiran Mugada, resident of Upperpally Hyderabad-48. I brought Honda Shine motor cycle via invoice#09IN05933 on dated:21/08/09 at Autofin Motors Pvt. Ltd., #13-6-431/D/82/1, Plot No:1, Guddimalkapur, Near Crystal Garden, Attapur ring Road, Hyderabad-500028.
Right from day one I am facing a problem with Handlefork. The following are the problems:
• While at driving at normal speed of 30KMPH, handlefork is very hard to manage and I am getting pain in my left shoulder. Even this was faced by few of my friends on test drive.
• When I drove the vehicle at around 50-60 KMPH, the vehicle is not in balance, handle is forcing either sides. In traffic it is very difficult to balance.
•I am so scared to drive the vehicle no-a-days, even after 5 months I drove only 1800kms due to fear.
This is my fourth vehicle, but I never faced any issue with any byke as such till date.
I have given for 3 free services before the deadline at the above said showroom and clearly mentioned the problem to the technicians but none of them able to rectify it. In fact every time they are just water washing the vehicle and giving it back without addressing the main problem.
Hope this mail can resolve my issue otherwise I left with no option other than going ahead with problem to another level
