I am owning a HONDA SHINE from Bilaspur on12/10/10. After two months the battery got damaged on guarantee period. When i went to Korba agency he said that the battery will replaced by the the Bilaspur agency. Then i submitted the battery on 27/12/10 to Bilaspur but i not got the battery since that day. They are saying that 1 months of time is needed to replace the battery. I am living in a coal field area where big vehicles are running continuously and the area is also dusty. It is not possible for me to travel without horn and light. So, i want that the battery should provided as soon as possible from Korba because i am not able to visit Bilaspur many times.

So I request to take needful action for satisfaction & pl. changed the battery as soon as possible.
