Average problem consistently

Dear Sir,

I have repeatedly given this complain regarding the average problem of my bike. It gives average of 35km/hr since the date of purchase and your authorised personnel have always tried to convince that the average will be increased to 60km/hr after tuning. But they have also failed to do any needful.

Its 7 months from the date of purchase and the bike is not performing well to my expectation.

I therefore request you to look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
