Suspension problem

Hi,

I Adith residing in bangalore purchased a new honda unicorn bike in the month of january.i just finished my third service and completed 6000km since the first onwards shockabsorb suspension problem (sounds coming when its falling gutter or in bumps).i noticed to the service people from the first service only. But they are not yet rectified my issue. Now they are asking me to replace and pay for the same.

Kindly do the needful on my important issue as earlier as possible.
