Its my 2nd email complaint. I BOUGHT MY UNICORN BIKE ON 10TH NOV.On the same day itself i found rust on the front shock absorber.i went to service station&servicemen said that its an unusual complaint its need to be painted. Thus i need to keep the bike for i day there. Then on nov 15th i notice some noise from back shock absorber, again i went to service station&servicemen said that there is a problem of lubrication &its better to rectify on the 1st service. Then i mail my 1st complaint to honda. After two days i got a call from honda servicestation thrissur&tell me to bring my bike to thrissur, which is 40 km away from my home. Due to some reasons i cant bring bike to there for some days. Atlast on 16-01 i bring my bike to thrissur around 10o clock morning.on 18th they call me&said that they can only rectify the problem if they get one writtern sanction from one of the honda copmpany person coming to there on 20th, its required to keep my bike there untill 20th or i can take the bike and again bring to thrissur on 20th, if i have emergency.it was so shocking that they do not bother about my time. Now my qn is genuine, for what i bought a bike, to use or to kept it on service station? remember i bought a brand new bike&the complaint i register is just the manufacturing defect, i dont have much time to spent for it. I just loss my belief in honda.this bike is not a gift given by honda to me. I need a faster response on this issue.remember still my bike is at thrissur service station.
