Low pick up, Handle very hard and heavy chain noise

Hi,

Am favorite of Honda Vehicles.

I was purchased Honda Unicorn on 10.02.10 at Fortune motors.

From day one i had problem of Handle hard, low pick and hweavy noise of chain.

In march month i was given servicing to Fortune buit still same problems coming.

So please resolve my vehicle problems with high priority.
