My vehicle met with an accident. its been 4 months, waiting for the spare parts from your authorized dealer ship - Bhavani & Girish Honda. Have complained about this two months back. Complaint # 9642111182. Didn't get any response yet. If i call your employee Mr. Shushanth Sharma (Contact# 98491066641) to get to know the status of the spare parts, he is never lifting the call. Experiencing worst service with Honda.

I want immediate response from you. Otherwise, will escalate this issue to CEO.
