I bought the honda unicorn from mangalore nearby city surathkal, 2 years back. but day before yesterday (21-10), i brought the complaint about the vehicle in mangalore service center which is located near pvs. the complaint is that, side pulling of wheels and the starting problem. but after checking the problem, they have billed something about rs. 128 including wash (rs. 60). rest of the charge for the repair. thereafter i faced problem in spoket chain. again, next day i went there and explained the problem. but they again attended and repaired. this time they have not taken money for repair. still 21-10 i dont have any problem in the chain. after attending the complaint in second time, same problem persisted. i am not interested to knock the door everyday for their fault. moreover, the way of service itself reveals, they were charging for creating the problems in vehicle. but the side pulling problem and starting problem still there. instead of repairing the vehicle, they have created one more problem like chain sound.
about the starting problem, nearly a month back i kept my vehicle for service at surathkal planet honda service center.by the time of getting vehicle back, it created some trouble in starting. i brought the problem to their intimation. but they washed their hand with it is just because of distilled water we filled and there is no problem in the battery. it may automatically come to normal after running some kilometers. thereafter i checked the battery in mangalore. they checked and kept it for charing nearly 10 hours, then they issued a report that, `battery is not in working condition. you have to replace'. this is what the service center people targeting the customer to loot the money in such a way.
finally i decided to decard my vehicle and buy a new one. before my final decision come to fore, i may request to set the vehicle perfect for riding. otherwise i may move towards consumer court about the poor service of the service center.
