i had given my unicorn bike under insurance after an accident on 14th feb.(job card no. is 9460) in universa honda paldi branch. and its 1 month since then. i haven't recieved my bike back. they keep on saying that they don't have required parts with them. it is the only vehicle we have in our family and these one month have been very harsh for us.. I request you to please take strict action on the people involved in these for taking there tasks lightly. Also please ask them to deliver my bike as soon as possible. you are our last hope in this matter.
