Improper guest treet

Hi

we have asked for Thailand package from Bangalore to Thailand they had given us 4nights and 5days package which will go vis Kolkatta. Now they are telling they dont have return flight from thailand to kolkatta on 5th day so they will make it early morning 6am to bombay and we have to pay 3k extra for the same. this is not taken care during our money transfer. Now they are playing like tis and if we cancel they are asking us to pay cancellation charge also.

we had gone to many places via kingfisher this is the first time such a bad exp. the person handled is Lathika D'silva and contact number: Lathika D'silva
