Delay in delivery of refil cylinde

Sir, I booked for refil og hp gas cylinder on phone on 6 sept (wrt m prakash gas agency, kharghar, navi mumbai) and wrt booking no wrt consumer no-606787 was supposed tobedelivered on 11 sept, on 13 sept I was told it will take another 10 days, saying they have earlier told it will take 12 days and not on 12 sept as if i am a fool sitting here, prior to 6 sept i was told it will tak next day for delivery, last cylinder was received on 25 july, and since 1/10 i have used only 6 cylinders which may be checked from your records
