I am a central govt servent of Vehicle Depot, Panagarh Army Base. I am a consumer of H.P. Gas. My consumer no is 604945. I have refilled my gas cylinder on 30th Jan. Today when I went to refilling that, they said that the time is over. I went there at 2:30 pm. But the service & delivery time is 7am to 7pm, is printed on the cash memo. Now They said that the time has changed. And they treated me very badly & insult me. The most bad thing is they never pick up the phone. I lost my time very badly.
