Delivering of gas cylende

Dear sir

I booked gas for home delivery on14.10.10 but till today 2/11/10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas code no is a 644770

and i also talk in kurla (E) agency branch but they are also not considering my problem at all.

i have also talk that delivery guy as well as staff maneger that tivari gi in bail bajar kurla (w) branch but they dont reply as they should be as

i have hear that as seen many where blacking of hp cylender at the rate of rs 450/ in kurla west mosty in hotel and tea stall...

please kindly consider my problem
