Not delivering gas on time

Dear sir,

I am your customer of shiv shiva gas agency from patran. I have booked gas cylinder on 28/03 for a home delivery. My consumer no . is 603386 . I called in your gas agency for gas cylinder but they misbehaved with me. they told me that they have shortage of gas. the gas cylinder will be delivered in 3 to 4 days, on dated 15/04.but still i have not got gas cylinder till date. Please contact me as soon as possible.
