Refile not delived even after 15-days of Gas deliveySMS

Dear Sir,

We are HP gas customer of EMARSONS Agency Gas Service. The above agency is always defaulter of gas refill delivery. They are taking their own time to delivery of the refile even after Gas refile delivery SMS.On 28th June I have received the SMS- "Refill will be delivered on 28 June.
