HP Gas Refill

I booked HP gas on 1/9 and booking no, is214176 against consumer no. 618030, but when my refill not received till 20.9.2011 I visited M/S Sabarwal Gas Agency Sector 47C Chandigarh personally then the agency employee changed my consumer no, 618031 in my pass book and ask me to book gas again. Now due fault of agency I am not getting my refill since 1.9.2011.Kindly supply me refill urgently
