Sub:-Complaint against operator at Petrol pump opposite Magarpatta City on Mundhwa road

I asked for Rs 100 petrol to fill. I don't know how much they filled but my bike ran only for 10KMs. Next day, I went to the supervisor of the petrol pump and complained about the same. He said he can't do anything. His point was that these kind of things does not happen at this petrol pump. My fault was that I din't see '0' reading in starting. I accept it was a mistake from my side but then it means they are stealing a large chunk of public money as there will be 10 similar cases in a day.
Please treat this as an official complaint and take action as appropriate.
