Poor service and cheating

I have purchased i10 megna car through sales executive pankaj kr from balaji hundai muzffarpur. Before purchasing car, pankaj kr had told to give seat cover and foot mat and some other accesories. But after purchasing, he deny this and never attending phone for any query. Later on, i know that he cheated with many Doctors. I will discuss this matter also in I.M.A.
